We understand situations may arise where you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. In such cases, we kindly request that you give us a minimum of 2 hours’ notice by calling our office. We’ll be more than happy to help you reschedule your appointment.
Should you cancel or miss your appointment within the 2-hour window, a non-attendance fee of $40.00 will be applicable. This fee must be settled before you can make another appointment.
Our medical professionals strive to be accessible for your healthcare needs, as well as the needs of our other patients. When a scheduled appointment is not honored, it
prevents another patient from receiving timely care.
