Notice Period: If you are unable to attend, please call our clinic at least 4 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments: If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, a non-attendance fee of $40 will apply.
This fee must be paid before you can book another appointment.
Missed appointments take away valuable time that could have been offered to another patient in need. Your cooperation helps us provide timely care to the entire community.
